Why use UAVs / Drones?
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or 'drones' offer a completely different perspective or point of view. This change in perspective allows one to focus on a point of interest from a angle or distance to capture imagery many never see or experience. UAV technology and the associated processed data is changing the way decisions are made regarding planning, scheduling, maintenance, and awareness about how work is safely completed and shared with project stakeholders.
Outputs from UAV collected and processed data can be created into a variety of formats from simple photos and videos for marketing and promotion to the development and design of high resolution topographic imagery, complex digital surface terrain and 3D models used in a variety of service sectors such as construction and engineering design, aggregate and mining operations, landfill management and gas collection systems and environmental due diligence and restoration programs.
